Supreme Force Services

At the November 4, 2020 Board meeting, the Board of Directors voted to approve a patrol contract with Supreme Force Services. This contract will be on a temporary basis from November 13, 2020 through February 3, 2021, to determine whether or not patrol services within the Cantebria at the Corona Ranch Community are warranted.

Please note that on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, you will see a Supreme Force Services patrol vehicle roving the community between the hours of 10:00pm and 4:00am.

You may contact Supreme Force Services at (888) 513-6723 if you see any suspicious activity between these hours. For all other issues, we recommend contacting the local police department.

If you have any questions regarding this update, please contact your community manager, Justine Poulton, at jpoulton@actionlife.com.

Suspicious Activity

If you notice any suspicious activity within the Community, please contact the police immediately. There has been an increase in vandalism to common area irrigation parts, and any assistance in reporting these issues to the police is greatly appreciated!

Rule Reminder – Recreational Vehicles

Please be reminded that per the Rules & Regulations, “Recreational vehicles shall be parked in enclosed garages or otherwise adequately screened from view.” We ask that you park your recreational vehicles behind the fence on your property if it does not fit within the enclosed garage.

Community Updates

At the August 5th Board Meeting, the Board of Directors approved a Community tree trimming plan, as well as the installation of a second bulletin board at the bottom of Clear Springs Dr. We encourage you to check out the recently installed bulletin board on Briarwood Ln. to review important notices and meeting agendas for the Cantebria at the Corona Ranch Community!

REVO Pay Update

The Board of Directors voted previously to have the Association cover all costs associated with one-time assessment payment processing through the payment processing company, REVO. This included one-time credit card and e-Check payments being made over the phone or through the Resident Portal. At their June 10th, 2020 meeting, the Board of Directors voted to no longer have the Association cover the cost of one-time credit card payments, but will continue to cover the cost for one-time e-Check payments. Payments set-up on auto-pay, regardless of credit card or e-Check payments, will continue to have no fee.

If you plan on making one-time assessment payments with a credit card, please be aware that as of August 1, 2020, there will be a 3.5% fee associated with these payments.

Again, for those who have auto-pay, or are paying one-time with an e-Check, there will continue to be no payment processing fee, as this is covered by the Association. If you have any questions regarding this change, please contact your community manager Justine Poulton at jpoulton@actionlife.com
