Rule Reminder – Recreational Vehicles

Please be reminded that per the Rules & Regulations, “Recreational vehicles shall be parked in enclosed garages or otherwise adequately screened from view.” We ask that you park your recreational vehicles behind the fence on your property if it does not fit within the enclosed garage.

Community Updates

At the August 5th Board Meeting, the Board of Directors approved a Community tree trimming plan, as well as the installation of a second bulletin board at the bottom of Clear Springs Dr. We encourage you to check out the recently installed bulletin board on Briarwood Ln. to review important notices and meeting agendas for the Cantebria at the Corona Ranch Community!

REVO Pay Update

The Board of Directors voted previously to have the Association cover all costs associated with one-time assessment payment processing through the payment processing company, REVO. This included one-time credit card and e-Check payments being made over the phone or through the Resident Portal. At their June 10th, 2020 meeting, the Board of Directors voted to no longer have the Association cover the cost of one-time credit card payments, but will continue to cover the cost for one-time e-Check payments. Payments set-up on auto-pay, regardless of credit card or e-Check payments, will continue to have no fee.

If you plan on making one-time assessment payments with a credit card, please be aware that as of August 1, 2020, there will be a 3.5% fee associated with these payments.

Again, for those who have auto-pay, or are paying one-time with an e-Check, there will continue to be no payment processing fee, as this is covered by the Association. If you have any questions regarding this change, please contact your community manager Justine Poulton at jpoulton@actionlife.com

Bulletin Board

The Board of Director’s purchased a new bulletin board to serve as the new official posting place for general notices for the Association. Be sure to stop by and check it out on Briarwood Lane!

Stay-In-Place Orders

Looking for something to do while stuck at home for the stay-in-place orders? Now would be a great time to spruce up your house! Regular maintenance does not require any approval, but if you plan on making any exterior changes to the home, you must submit an Architectural Application and receive written approval before making any changes. Please contact Management if you need an Architectural Application, or you can find one on the Resident Portal under Documents.
