Please be reminded that trash containers must be maintained in an area no visible from any neighboring residential unit or road. Trash containers may be placed at curbside the evening prior to pick-up and must be removed from front of house the evening of pick-up. Trash containers should not exceed a 24 hour period in front of homes.

At their 11/5/19 meeting, the Board approved two projects to enhance the community. The first project will be repairing and repainting the entrance monuments on Briarwood Ln., as the current paint is chipping and faded. The second project will be adding additional plants to several common area slopes throughout the community to fill in bare areas.
